This is a FREE event for Black Women to come and simply be. The space is intentionally set up for you to relax, enjoy yourself and get to know the other women in the space. This event is limited to 20 women.

This will be a relaxed event centered around Black Women and our heart wellness that will include: meditation, collage-art making, intentional dialogue and nourishment.

The event will run from 1pm - 5pm and will feature:

• a welcoming tea beverage a small market upon arrival

• a 45-minute guided meditation

• an art-making activity

• dialogue

• nourishment

PLEASE NOTE: We will begin the guided meditation promptly at 2pm. To respect the space, anyone who arrives after this time will be asked to wait in the lounge area until the meditation is complete.

We will be meeting at Three Masks Inc. located at 1023 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32804. There is FREE parking available behind the building (enter on Westmoreland Dr.) as well as directly on the side of the building (on Ellwood Ave.)
